Access Statement
The Escape is approached over a level cobbled driveway. There are two steps leading up to the front entrance.
The car park is to the side of the house on the cobbled driveway area which is right next to the entrance.
The garden area is fairly level with one step leading up to the patio.
The ground floor is level with tiled and wooden flooring. There is one guest bedroom, the dining room and a toilet.
There a four further bedrooms on the first floor, which is approached from the hall up a flight of stairs with wooden banister.
Three of our bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms with toilet, wash basin and glass shower enclosures. One bedroom has a separate toilet and shower with enclosure and the other bedroom has a private bathroom next door. The private bathroom has a toilet, wash basin and bath with overhead electric shower.
All bedrooms have remote controlled televisions.
All common areas are well lit.
