For windsurfing, the best place to go is Aberdyfi which, with it's sheltered bay, is ideal for flat water blasting. The wind usually blows across the beach allowing you to get most of the way to Borth on the other side of the bay at high tide. Most people park on the public pay and display or park in the centre of town, as close to the beach as possible so you don't have to drag your kit too far!
Aberdyfi is excellent for kitesurfers too, though many prefer Borth on the other side of the bay. If you fancy having a go or are interested in improving your skills we recommend you get in touch with Kite Surf Wales based in Aberdyfi.
